Spizza

There a new pizza place just across our street… Last night, was Spizza night since I was not able to cook dinner due to the rv insurance quote that I was looking in my files. *Sigh*

We ordered Pasta Carbonara, two large pizzas — Rebecca (white pizza with mozzarella, gorgonzola, cooked ham, rucola, sun dried tomatoes) and Wanda (tomato, mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, spicy olives, red bell peppers, cooked ham, sun dried tomatoes) since we have the 1-for-1 voucher. The carbonara tastes really good but our pizza was served too late! They said that their kitchen staff over looked our order! Grrr! Anyways, the pizza also taste good but after eating two slices, I gave up. And now, seeing pizza makes me sick! :( Well, this maybe due to hormonal imbalance… I wish. :)

Happy New Year!

This is my first post for the year 2012! I am too busy now… as in 24/7 on call Mama!

Our Christmas vacation in the Philippines went well. :) But we are not able to spend Christmas, New Year and Alvin’s birthday in our unit since the construction is still going on… up to now! Our Ilocos trip was not pushed through since the lil’ boy will soon to be a Kuya! Yes, we are expecting another baby! :) Hopefully, a lil’ girl this time. ;;)

Looking back, our 2011 was a blessed year for my family. :) Praying that this 2012 will be more prosperous and blissful!

Happy New Year!

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Happy Sunday!

So tired! After TamTam’s open gym session, we went to Orchard to shop! The traffic was horrible… since most of the sought after designer brands are having their end of season sale plus the Takashimaya and Club 21 group are having additional 10% off for members. This time, Alvin and I were able to buy a new pair of shoes… but his shoes are not on sale. Anyways, that’s our Christmas-birthday gift for him.:-x I also managed to get a birthday-Christmas gift / bribe to Lolee; so the ach payment that I am asking her to review is already on the way. I cannot contain my excitement, so I had to hand over our gift after we came home! Atat much!;;)

By the way, we still don’t have gift for our dear lil’ boy. :-/

My School Boy

Getting ready for school

Today is TamTam’s first day in My Gym Children’s Fitness. His class is under parent participation class, the Gymsters. The class is for 1.5  to 3 years old wherein the fine and gross motor coordination are developed. Actually, we just want the lil’ boy to socialize with other people especially with kids…

We just enrolled him last November 9 when we attended their free enrollment day.  I was able to save $50 registration fee and we were able to attend a hour activity/class, thanks for the OC/Osyosera me! I was just lucky to get the last brochure/invite from their cardboard brochure holders.:)

The program will just run for ten weeks, 1 hour per week plus 1 hour free gym. So far, the lil’ boy is enjoying the class… the gym! He is practicing the up-side down every now and then! :-> But then, I was thinking if I will enroll him again after this class. Hmmm, maybe not because it is too expensive! :D But I plan to enroll him in an independent playgroup when he is about 2.5 years old. For now, I just hope to win a free class by submitting feedbacks. :)

Going North

Our family is planning for a trip up north this coming December. As usual, we are all excited / exhausted! It’s an eight hours to ten hours trip by land! :-S

It would be more fun if we are a big group… but then, everybody is busy. We are already eight person plus the lil’ boy. A good friend of ours would love to come along but she has a duty at inpatient rehab center even on holidays. Bummer! Anyways, going out of town during the Christmas season is another way of hibernating from our godchildren! :D

Excited much! ;))

Our Lil’ Big Boy

My lil’ boy is now 18 months… He is growing up so fast! :)

* He likes Yoshinoya’s beef bowl, Sushi Tei’s Beef Yakinuku and McDonald’s Sausage and Pancake. Yup, he likes eating out!

* He giggles a lot. :)

Gosh, I am so in love with my lil’ boy! :x

He will be having the 18th month check up / vaccination which I still have to book. Hopefully his doctor, YY Yip, is not so busy… he always have lots of patients. He is quite well known in his field… Oh, Physician Jobs particularly pediatrician is so fulfilling; taking care of cute little babies.:)

The Little Boy’s Christmas Wishlist

… or Mama’s wishlist for the lil’ boy! ;)

1. Rock! Elmo

2. Crayola Magnetic Double Easel

3. Wooden Alphabet Abacus

4. Children’s tent or nemo tents

5. Little Tikes 3-in-1 Trike with DiscoverSounds Dash

6. Trunki Luggage

7. Ralph Lauren Gift Cards

8. Cash, :) much appreciated especially from our friends and family in the Philippines since we don’t want to carry extra baggage coming back here. Don’t worry, the lil’ boy has his own bank account! :D

Get Well My Lil’ Darling…

We had to bring him to ICAC at Gleneagles Hospital early in the morning for check up… he vomited seven times from 12:30PM to 9:00 AM and he is slightly feverish. He was diagnosed with gastric flu.

Yesterday, he only ate pumpkin soup, adobo and rice for breakfast and a small bottle of Gerber Exotic Fruits for his dessert. I don’t know which one is the culprit. :( At the clinic, he was given two suppositories; for fever and vomiting. Thankfully, after that no more episodes of vomiting. But still, he is so clingy…

Get well soon, my lil’ darling. We are going to shop tomorrow! Hay, we still have to buy Rocky Patel premium cigar for Tyo Pan and we should start hunting gift for Dadh. :D

What’s Up?!

It’s been almost two weeks since my last post… Oh my, I was too busy with my boys especially with the lil’ one. :) I have so many things to blog:

  1. September 30, had a horrible dinner at Senor Santos in Clarke Quay! Major boo boo!
  2. October 1, we attended a wedding at Raffles Hotel
  3. October 9, had a high tea buffet at Aquamarine in Marina Mandarin

By the way, our Christmas gifts list is almost complete (?) so I will not be that busy anymore… I wish;;). Oh, I almost forgot, I still need to look for heated car seat covers online!

At the wedding dinner:

*The couple really invited children to be part of their wedding. :)

At Aquamarine:

Note: I will surely post our dining experience at Senor Santos! L-)
